REFUND CRITERIA
WE OFFER 100% REFUND SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED IN THE SAME WAY IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU. ONCE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE GIVEN A 100% REFUND. HOWEVER EXQUISITE PORTE DOES NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING FEES USED TO TRANPORT THE GOODS BACK INTO OUR WAREHOUSE.
