Yes, you will need to register an online shopping profile to have a convenient shopping experience. The process entails registering your personal details on sites (which will be kept safely). The information will assist in easing your online shopping experience as the information will also be used when shipping your products.

You simply click on the “Sign In or Register” link on the top right hand side of your screen. If you are a new customer, select REGISTER. It is in this instance where you will enter some basic personal information. In a few, quick easy steps, you are good to go! Please note that your personal details are safe with us and are inaccessible by any unauthorized persons.

Once your online shopping account is all set, navigate around our site, choose the Exquisite Items you would want to purchase and add them to your BAG. Please note that when selecting the type of items you are interested in, some items will require you to add the color and size. Once you have completed the selection process, the next step will be ORDER CHECKOUT. You will get an option to select the delivery option you are interested in as well as your shipping address. Once you have done so, select your payment option afterwhich the purchase process will be completed. Once your payment is completed, an sms or e-mail to confirm receipt of funds will be sent to you. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

There are two ways in which you may find what you are looking for in our online store, that is by:
i. Searching through products in the requisite categories.
ii. Typing the name of the product you are looking for on the search icon.
Once you have found the products you want to view, you can custom sort them according to your preferences e.g price, sizes etc.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS QUERIES

Please note that returning your order to Exquisite Porte is totally free. Kindly note that we do not refund delivery costs for any returned goods no matter which channel you use to return your products.

You can choose between the following delivery options:

  1. Self-Collection. You may choose to collect your order at our designated collection points across the country.
  2. We can also deliver at your nearest Post Office.
  3. We can deliver to your home or work. However, this depends on the terms and conditions of the courier services chosen by the customer.
